Fresh & Funky is a project about using 3D modelling principles to create an interior design scene based on a given concept.

In this case, I was given the topic "80's", which meant that my final scene had to evoke somehow an 80's feeling.

The only rule that was given (aside of following the topic) was that our design had to include 3 unique furniture elements. Furthermore, we needed to create a moodboard and documentation that highlighted our references in aesthetic choices.

When working on Fresh & Funky I thought about incorporating the interior design aesthetics of Verner Panton mixed with some elements from the disco scene of the 80's and some winks to iconic rock bands from those times.

The final result were 3 800x800px scenes that could be easily uploaded to social media.
